Yesterday I arrived in Switzerland. To put it mildly, my French is rusty. However, one of the easiest things to understand is advertisements. Advertisements are designed to be simple and easy to understand in only a few seconds. While I may not understand all the words I can usually get the main idea of the ad and recognize the product or service offered.
